The PC900/PC410 programmable controller provides 10 time-temperature profiles with up to 16 steps per pattern, segmented output power limiting and time-event output. It is suited to laboratory furnaces, environmental test equipment and process systems that need repeatable multi-step profiles.
The controller uses PID control with auto-tuning for stable temperature and process control. It supports relay, logic, analog, SCR zero-crossing and SCR phase-angle output options, plus optional real-time clock, print recording, remote setpoint, process-value transmission and setpoint transmission.

Program Control and Optional Functions
10 patternsStore multiple profiles for different recipes or operating procedures.
16 steps eachConfigure ramp, soak and cooling steps inside each pattern.
Loop controlRun 1-200 loop cycles or continuous loop cycling.
Time-event outputSynchronize relays or external devices with selected program steps.
Segmented output power limiting is useful for high-temperature furnaces using molybdenum, tungsten or silicon-molybdenum heating elements, where low-temperature full-power output can damage the heater. Optional print recording, analog remote setpoint, PV/SV retransmission and non-linear correction support more specialized process systems.
